OK, just a quick post to post my stats.
Weight - 8 st 11
Biceps - 10 in
Waist - 30 in
Waist at belly button line - 33 in
Hips - 37 in
Thigh - 21 in
That's it. A bit disappointed I only lost a lb this week, but it's better than putting on!
